Login to the website: https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ > Compliance > Compliance Portal > then submit your response here.
It's just a confirmation required by the income tax department whether the return has been filed by the person or not...In case the return has not been filed then you can file the return now as the due date of filing return for FY 18-19 has been extended by the department till 30th June, 2020
