Quary after intimation u/s 143 (1)

I filed my ITR for AY 2020-21 with claiming tax relief u/s 89 for the arrears of salary of last two financial year . For that, I filled and submitted form 10E also before submiting my ITR. But now, I have received Intimation U/S 143(1) on 18/12/2020 in which they rejected my refund claim. Now, when I am going for rectification, the AY 2020-21 is not showing up proper reason in rectification column. Please guide what to do to relief claim u/s 89 (1).after rejection.

Sir as per the intimation they are saying you are not able for relief as per the act

And as I don't know your relief calculation I even can't say you are wrong or they are right

Sir first see to whom under it is cpc or AO

Sir, I sent attached a screenshot of form 10e downloaded from our pan account which successfully submitted on line already. And calculated balance amount.

Please say again action.
