It is seen that the due date for Quarter filing of TDS ending 31.03.2018 has been extended to 31.05.2018 from 15.05.2018. Is there any link for getting the circular/notification for the same ?

It is seen that the due date for Quarter filing of TDS ending 31.03.2018 has been extended to 31.05.2018 from 15.05.2018. Is there any link for getting the circular/notification for the same ?
In the said rules, in rule 31A, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-
“(2) Statements referred to in sub-rule (1) for the quarter of the financial year ending with the date specified in column (2) of the Table below shall be furnished by the due date specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table:
