Company has not filed quartely returns (e-filing) for last FY 2008-09. Whether 1st Qtr return for 2009-10 FY can be filed now? If so,whether the quarterly return can be filed (e-filing) when PAN no details of only 50% of the deductees are available?

Yes you can file the return of 1st qtr for 2009-10, but you cannot file the return with 50% pan no.
