If the portal does not allow then you wont be able to do anything. My advice show invoices till 50 lakhs rest show in GSTR-1 of June or IFF of May.

My other advice to you will be to go for monthly filing from the next quarter. QRMP is more complicated than monthly.

If possible, selectively upload the invoices for April using IFF and the rest as part of next IFF.

Can't be helped. Some of them will have to wait for one month. 

That is why advising you to go for monthly in the next quarter. QRMP is not a good scheme overall

You cannot do anything with this limitation so currently file your return by uploading invoices with value totaling to 50 lakhs
