But one interesting that i observed was that U can get the Same Allocation Answer if u form a 'LOOP' from the Cell R2C3 (i.e. C to II) to the allocated Cells
and thereafter performing the Re-allocation of Qty. just as we do when there is a 'Negative Delta ^ij' Value in any Cell.
In other words u vil get the same Allocation if u Perform Re-allocation Operation, by treating as if the Cell R2C3 (i.e. C to II) was a Cell with a 'Negative Delta ^ij' Value.
Strange but true , thought it wud be worth sharing with u.
