Pvt ltd name problem

it is mandatory to write main object of Business in incorporation and main object should be related to main business other wise namw will be rejected .

Dear Mr.Aditya At the time of incorporation, the object should be according to the name of the company otherwise it will not be accepted by the ROC, I think you should need advise for this matter... Thanks

Rightly said that your name of the company should include the OBJECTIVES FOR WHICH THE COMPANY INCORPORATED.

For Example if you want to incorporate A SOFT WARE COMPANY then the name shall be

X Y Z SOFT WARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.............................

 

 

Thanks to all for ur replies but my question is still not answerd , my query is very simple that there r 3 main obejects in my work like transport , information technology , and finace so I want incorprate only the name of the company like dream private limited or XYZ private limited , I don't want to show anyone of the main obeject in the company name like XYZ finance pvt ltd or XYZ transport pvt ltd or XYZ info techno pvt ltd , n specialy my authorised capital is just 1 lac , so need advice on tht can I do tht , coz some1 told me its not mandatory Thanks to all again

Dear Mr. Adity. As per my view you can not do.. the name must be according to the object. As per your example:- Deram Private Limited or xyz private limited, in both the name the object of the company is not reflecting. that means your name will not be approved by roc. in other side "XYZ finance pvt ltd or XYZ transport pvt ltd or XYZ info techno pvt ltd" it may be approved because it is reflecting the object of the company in which are the company commence its business.
