Can anyone plz let me know, what are all the reports have to be prepared for a Pvt. Ltd., company for which v r preparing Financial Statements for the first time for a period of 18 months.

it consists of details regarding authorised,issued share capital and the regarding capacity of directors and all,
u can download and fill and signed by director and it should be attached to those files23b,23ac,23aca also have to file
if authosrised capital more than 10 lakh u have to get a compliance certificate from company secretary
