Pvt Ltd Company for Sale
In late November 2006, I opened a Private Limited Company with initial capital of Rs. 1 lakh, registered it with R.O.C. N. Delhi for manufacturing, trading purposes etc etc and also managed to get the import export license but failed to start anything due to some personal reasons.
I am now looking to sell this newly formed company as I have no desire to start any business anymore. For your information, I have already filed taxes to-date and done whatever I had to do with it in the legal way. Now it is available for sale/transfer to new share holders.
If in your daily business practice, you find that someone may be interested in taking it over a company and pay me whatever expenses I have incurred to form it, I would consider it. Pl contact me on gucciraja @ yahoo.com
