I started a pvt. ltd. with my wife in Jan 2014. Business is not kicked off as expected so I have only expenses NO INCOME.
How and when can I file INCOME TAX for a zero income and no activity pvt limited company?

You have to file return for the year ended March 2014. Claim the expenses and same can be carry forwarded to next year.
u can file ur income tax return for ur pvt ltd. co along with audit report till 30th sept 2014
