what is the proceedure, documents required for converting partnership firm (not LLP) to company?

As per the companies Act 2013 any partnership firm who want to converted his to company than such are required to be follow same process which is applicable in normal condition and in partnership, partner are enter his name in the memorandum as a subscribers
