Dear Friends,
I have a query that If any one wants to registered his pvt.ltd.company in their residential address where the property is in his father's name,then what kind of documentation required for address proof of registered address of co. and what are the formalaties in that case..pls. help?
A No objection certificate has to be obtained from the father, in which he sasy I am the owner of the property and I have no reservations on so and so company to use my property address as the registered office of the company.
