It can give loan only if the same was mentioned in MOA as it is one of the auxilary business of the company

you can make changes in the ancilliary objects in the Company's MOA by adding this object.
You must conducta BM where this amendment is approved call a memebers meeting where this amendment is apprved by members by apecial resolution. then file form 23with ROc with altered MOA
