Anyone please clarify me about how to treat purchases from Composition Dealers by a Registered Dealer??

composit dealer not charge GST in their sales invoice. naturally u don't get any ITC

thanks for reply...but I don't want to know about ITC, Actually my doubt is that,

Suppose I am a Registered Dealer and made purchases from Composition Dealers, in my books how to treat the supply between us. I want to know may I pay the REVERSE CHARGE on that supply.

As RCM is Applicable When you Take Purchase from Unregistered Person 

For Instant :

If a vendor who is not registered under GST, supplies goods to a person who is registered under GST , then Reverse Charge would apply. This means that the GST will have to be paid directly by the receiver to the Government instead of the supplier.

As composition dealer is also registered tax payer in GSTN , so there is no question of doing RCM u/s 9(4),& moreover the RCM on inward supply from URD has been not notified (Except in case of Builder) .

So Treat the purchase as " Taxable purchase from Composition Dealer"
