I purchased goods from composition dealer & unregistered dealer and doing sales to
business ...... can I collect tax from those or not...... reply me as much as quickly plzz......

It depends upon whether you have taken registration in composition dealer or regular dealer scheme. In case of regular scheme you can collect tax but in case of composition scheme you cannot
