Purchase return of goods

whether purchase return is partial or full.

if entire value of material is to be return then you to make non returnable gate pass along with vendor invoices , delivery challan, Lorry recipt  for sending back material to suppliers.

how ever if partial material is to be return then you have book entire invoice value in your books of accounts and return the partial goods by raising invoices with proportionate value and duty and stated on invoices that it is not sale but material remove as such.
