Purchase order issue

I think u can do any thing either demand the new bill dated 9.4.2013 or change the date of PO to 8.3.2013....

BUT CAN I BOOK THAT INVOICE AS IT IS WITHOUT CHANGE ANYTHING...IE P.O. OR INVOICE

As per my knowledge bills r taken as a document evidence so better 2 follow 8.3.2013

This is possible only when there is NO PRESENCE OF INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM OR By MISTAKE....

U can check whether Goods pertaining to this bill are received on Bill date?? if yes then , no change is required in the bill and " MAKE REVISED P.O. " giving this date...

Your Purchase Order should be prior to the invoice issued date, Technically its aint correct to pay invoice for a purchase order raised on future date....
