Employee gifts for 3 locations which has different GSTIN.
Should PO to be raised separately for each location ? Can we raise single PO or different PO for different locations?

A seperate consolidated invoices should be raised for each locations for different locations
But in any case you will not get ITC as per provisions of section 17(5)(h).
