It is better to have changed PO for traking purpose or avail the document regarding change in name of the company

It is compulsory to revise PO,otherwise you may have difficulty during assessment to prove input credit on account of it.

Moreover,revision is a easy thing.Why so much bother about it?

New Po Should be prepared in your cases because PO is linked with safety stock level
