An NRI wants to buy a property in India. What will be the documents required for this.. He is now having foreign national passport. How he will remit the funds..??

No documents are required.
Just transfer the funds to NRE/NRO account in India and purchase the property.
Take care of new section for deduction of TDS for property valued Rs. 50 lak or more than 50 lakhs.
