Purchase of air conditioner for sole proprietorship

Hi, I wish to purchase an air conditioner for my home office. Since I have a sole proprietorship business with trade license and current a/c can I buy this in the name of my business? The electricity bill is in the name of my parents. There is no commercial meter in the name of business.

Can make rental agreement with owner (parents) with some lump sum electricity charges. Actual rent payment would be necessary.
