Hi, my self Kaushik, going to purchase a second hand flat in Kolkata, can anyone tell me whether I have to pay service tax or GST, and the rate also.

No GST or Service tax or VAT on ready to occupy or second hand flat........ Only stamp duty & registration charges as per state govenment approved rates......
