to show purchase from urd on which RCM APPLY IN RETURN ?

No RCM is applicable for supply from URD as deferred to 30/6/18 (Noti 10/2018 CT (R))

Supplies from URD treated as Exempted

In GSTr 3b show it under table 5

you can disclose in Table 3.1(d): Inward supplies liable to reverse charge in Form GSTR-3B if there is any tax laibility.

Since there is no tax on URD procurements now, you can disclose in Table 5.

and what if i sale those goods which i purchased from URD ?should i pay tax?

If you are registered taxable person (aggregare turnover morethan ₹20 Lakhs) then you have to collect tax from your customer by issuing tax invoice and pay to the government.
