what will be the consequences and how n where to show purchase from urd and sale to rd in return ?

No need to show purchase details if received from URD. After available if GSTR 2 then you can show the details in GSTR 2 return... (somebody says it will shown in GSTR 3B under exempted column 😊😊😊)
After purchase You can sell the goods as per the items GST rate and Show in GSTR 1 return as per Your sales invoices...
