Purchase from Unregistred dealer
I am Filing GSTR 3B and Paid GST on 20.08.2017 for the month of July 2017.I have not any ITC.My purchase are from unregistered dealer.I am also file GSTR 1 for the month of July 2017.My purchase turnover from unregistered persons where entered in GST Return

In gstr 3B
GSTR 1 is for outward supply only hence you need not to show unregistered purhcase in GSTR 1.
But have to show in GSTR 2 which is not yet available.
P.S. RCM for unregistered purhcase is suspensed from 13/10/217 to 31/03/2018
