Purchase & Sale in different state
if I purchase goods in another state(Delhi) & sold the same in this state(Delhi) , suppose we are from west Bengal , what difficulties shown in this case or not ,pls clarify...

no difficulty take registration from Delhi state
but, register address only in west Bengal..

already told u plz take registration in Delhi
otherwise u will fall in bill to ship model
ask your supplier to issue bill in West Bengal address and charge IGSt and ship to Delhi your recipient address
and then you issue a bill to your Delhi recepient and charge IGST and in this process it is deemed that u colleted goods in West Bengal

yes , it is possible such kind of model called bill to ship to model. your billing and supplying destination would we different.
