sir pls tell me, my friend found guilty in CA examination means he found some piece paper near to his desk which he was about to pick when the teacher caught him and charged that the piece of paper near his desk was meant for copying..now icai sent him letter for verification.sir now pls tell what will happen ?
icai ko kya bolna hai abhi aur icai kya action lengi..
icai banned him for life time ?

The issue has become very complicated now my dear friend. Now it's become very difficult to prove that he was not guilty. He should have taken the inviligator into confidence that the piece of paper does not belongs to him.

Yes it is probable. If after making inquiries and considering your submissions if council is of the opinion that a student is guilty of adopting unfair means in exams,it can pass order as it thinks fit.
