Punishment

sir pls tell me, my friend found guilty in CA examination means he found some piece paper near to his desk which he was about to pick when the teacher caught him and charged that the piece of paper near his desk was meant for copying..now icai sent him letter for verification.sir now pls tell what will happen ? icai ko kya bolna hai abhi aur icai kya action lengi.. icai banned him for life time ?
