Dear sir

Mera small business hai Aur mera VAT number in west Bengal. Turn over 40lacks hai Kya Mai 8percent presumptive taxation Mai Jha sakta hu. Financial year 2016-2017.and can I claim deduction under these scheme. 80 c.

u can go for 44ad and claim deduction of 80c

27 April 2017 dear sir mera salary income hai .my question is kya mai transport allowance rs.19200 le sakta hu but mera pass koi evidence nahi hai . klindly reply ,me it very urgent.
