while registering for new dealer for ptec registration i am getting an error that PAN is not registered with NSDL
Please suggest what can i do

 when i register in  PTEC  REGISTRATION   FIRST  NAME  AND  LAST NAME CANOT  BE INNITIAL  AND  DOB CANOT  BE MORE THAN 18  YEAR MESSAGE ERO SHOWS KINDLY HELP  ME
