PTEC registration for LLP Designated partners

I have a query regarding PTEC registration for Designated partners in LLP.

I have LLC firm with 2 partners. I already registered for PTRC and PTEC on company name and received certificates. I also did mention details of partners in PTRC application. However as I understand, all the Designated partners also need to pay professional tax and need to have PTEC. I did not find any such option while registering for company.

1. How to register both partners for PTEC?

2. Do they need to register again as new dealer or company login can be used?
