In case of trader of MP, which PT registration is applied for.
Either it is Employer PT Registration or Person PT Registration.

If you have any employee........ Employer's PT registration.....
But just trading without any employee..... Person P T registration......

if i have a employee but its salary is below taxable limit then which registration i woukd take
The limit for PT exemption is just Rs. 1,80,000/- Per Annum (salary)!!! Unless recently increased.....
Yes, it is below that limit, then which reg. i should take
