Can anyone tell me time period for the following:
When we want to appoint any managerial person we have to constitute a remuneration committee with a composition of 3 independent Directors. if appointment of any managerial personnel was made pursuant to such committee but subsequent to such appointment any one independent director resign due to which composition of Remuneration Committee falls down from the statutory requirement. There is any time period for the appointment of any independent director in place of resigning Director???????????????????
