is it so that some of the provisions applicable for A.Y. 2008-09 are also applicable for the nov 2007 exams?

i think 2008-2009 amendments are not applicable for 2007 exams.but its important to make note of those related amendments in exam.
The provisions applicable for Nov 2007 exams will be A. Yr 2007 - 2008 and all the amendments 6months before the exams are applicable.
