Provisional UI & PW for registration in gst

Dear Sir,

We are a Service Tax Assessee in Karnataka .As per my knowledge the registration to GST is started from 1st Jan,2017 but till date we have not got any provisional UI & PW from service Tax department. Can anybody guide me how to get the same.

Anybody got the UI & PW from Service Tax dept ? 

We have a separate manufacturing unit registered under KVAT --- in this case we have got provisional UI & PW from KVAT dept.

Yours early response is awaited as the registration is going on.
