Yes. There is a CA Benevolent Fund maintained and sponsored by existing Members.

 Enquire with ICAI  and surely you will have the advantage subject to the conditions existing.

Chapters and branches of ICAI organise such classes for poor students in very minimum fees. You can contact there for more information.
