Provision for gratuity

we are a private limited company where around 70 employees are engaged.

Few employees have completed 5 years of continious service.

Kindly guide me if we are required to make provsion for gratuity.

If yes, whether the provision is required to me made for all the employees or for only those employees who have completed 5 years of contious service.
