Is it compulsory to give PAN to the the person who has taken the house on rent

if the house rent is more than 8400 per month then it's compulsory for the tenant to provide the pan to his employer
Is it compulsory to provide PAN of the house owner to the person who has taken the house on rent
Generally No. But if the rent is more than Rs. 50,000 per month, then owner has to provide PAN to the tenant for deducting TDS u/s 194IB.
