What are the Provident Fund requirements for a private ITES company having no employee earning upto Rs. 6,500 (i.e. all employees earn more than Rs. 6,500)?
If the company is not required to contribute under EPF and Misc. Prov. Act and the EPF Scheme thereunder, then what is the PF system usually followed in such companies and what are the compliances involved therein?
if no of employess exceed twenty then PF applicable , contribution ceiling is upto 6500/- pm
