Provident Fund Encashment - TAT for Employer to Submit Dox

Dear Frineds,

EPFO itself is having TAT of 30 days for disbursement of the claim once the documents are submitted to the EPFO office.

However,

I have a question. Can anybody confirm about TAT provision in EPFO Act for an employer to submit signed documents for the withdrawal of the Employee PF post issuance of the relieving letter?
