10000/- per month CTC
10000 per Month CTC only for ESI, what about PF?
ESI is to deducted at the rate of 1.75% on those emloyees whose gross salary excluding Conveyance is less than Rs10,000....And EPF has to be deducted of every employee @ 12% on the BASIC+DA..there is no limit regardind deduction of EPF......
Does PF / ESIC needs to be dedudcted only on employees confirmed ie. post completion of probation period?
To get PF registration how many employees required for private limited company
EPF Celing limit is 6,500/-

yes applicable for all sector

PF Must be deducted on Minimum Wages, as pe the state minimum wages act...ESI also same...If Basic Salary is More than 6500/- no need to deduct PF.
