PROVIDEND FUND

Dear Proffesionals

Is providend fund is applicable if the basic salary is equal to  or above 8000/- . if any employee does not want that P F should  be deducted from his salary and according to employer the p f is to be deducted on maximum of rs 6500.00 than any provision for that.

please clearyfy the same

Nope.., i mean, its compulsion on employer to deduct pf or else the same amount will be chargeable on his income...

it should be deduct. if he dont want to decust EPF then service Breack and take new appointmnet .
