we have received prov reg. under both 12 AB & 80 G. My query is as follow:
1. Can we receive donation from the persons now?
2. if yes, can we issue receipt of donation?

Yes both the queries are fulfilled as you have registered
Yes, you can because provisional reg certificate is type certificate which is issued temporarily but it is also a valid one u/s 12A and 80G.
Yes donation can be received
