my client is proprietor till 31st march.now he added his two sons in business as partners.he made a partnership deed w.e.f.from 1st April 2018.sir what is the procedure for that.what about stock.if he gets new GST no.what about old GST reg.no.

Surender proprietorship gst and get new partnership firm gst no. and transfer stock from proprietorship to partnership without tax liability..
