Propreitor registration under gst

One of my friend is Travel agent (Proprietor) and he needs to get GST Number.. as he was registering online he was confused what to do with Authorised Siganatory.. Can anyone tell here what is this and how to fill this..I will be thankful to those who answer it.

sure proprietor will be authorized person
