Proposal to open a new business establishment

Hi Gentleman

i am an engineering professioanl and willing to set up my own engineering business as indian.

i want to start with sole properitorship starting with sale and services leading to have own engineering manufacturing unit  in north india by converting inot private limited company..

Please advcie me the process/procedure  of establishmentof business entity as sole propertorship.

please also advise me can i easlity conver this entity into private Limited company or i should start with pvt.limited co.itslef.

Do you provide all related services.Incase yes please advice accordignly.
