Hi,
I have a property in the name of me and my wife. Both of us are members of a HUF (with PAN) and I am the karta of the HUF. Can I accept the rent for the property as the HUF with the TDS being deducted in the HUF's PAN?

No. Its individual property, so rental income would be assessed in the hands of the co-owners, as per their percentage of ownership.
