Proof of export

We are registered manufacturer and have exported our goods through merchant exporter under CT-1 certificate.

Our merchant exporter is not provided any proof of export for this perticular export consignment.

My question is whether we have to submit proof of export or not.

also pls.give details about penalty for non submission of POE's

Thanks

it is require to submit proff of export otherwise you have to penalty upto duty amt & interest also

against CT-1( issued by exporter), you have cleared the goods under ARE-1, and submitted the triplicate/ quarduplicate copies to your range superintendent, within 24 hours of clearance.

your duty is over now , now the exporter has to submit proof of export to bond authority, and if he does not submit, he has to remit duty to department.

obtain form H for your sales to exporter for the purpose of vat/ CST exemption.

Dear Sir

We the manufacturer have exported goods under ARE-1 through Merchant Export but the Bond is utilised is our's. Please send who will submitt Proof of Export to Excise Department, The Manufacturer or the Merchant Export. The Merchant Exporter is of same state as that of manufacturer.

Thanks

Dear ravindra Ji,

You are a manufacturer com-merchant exporter. Other merchant exporter has export the goods on your bond account.  It is your responcibility. You should submit proof of export.

DEAR SIR

PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE

WHAT PROCEDURE FOR EXCISE DUTY REFUND , WE ARE PURCHASE FROM MANUFACTURER THROUGH EXCISABE BILL , BUT WHICH GOODS ARE EXPORT TO USA (GOODS TYPE-REFRIGERATION GOODS,CHILLER, COOLING TOWER)

Dear Mukesh, In the case of Export through CT-1,the libiality to submit proof of export is of the person who procures CT-1.In your case being manufacturer you are not required to submit proof of export.
