1. Can we apply for minor Child Pan Card?
2. What document is required for minor Child pan card & Same form is to be submitted which we submitted in normal course i.e form 49?
3. Does photo of minor is required on above form & who has to sign the form - minor Or Guardian?
4. Any special details is required or same has to be filled?
Pls. help me out its urgent?

1) YES, U CAN
2) BIRTH REGISTRATION CERITIFICATE ISSUED BY MUNCIPAL CORPORATION, FORM 49 IS TO BE FILLED, IN REPRESENTATIVE ASSESSEE - DETAILS OF FATHER/GUARDIAN IS TO BE GIVEN SO THE PAN CARD CAN BE DELIVERED TO THAT ADDRESS
3) FATHER/GUARDIAN SHOULD SIGN THE FORM, NO NEED OF PHOTOGRAPH OF CHILD
RESDINCE & IDENTITY PROOF OF FATHER/GUARDINA IS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE FORM (AS MENTIONED IN THE FORM FOR DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED FOR PROOF OF IDENTITY & ADDRESS)

Photograph of minor is not required.
Application form is signed by the Minor applicant.
His birth certificate copy & address proof is required
who will sign accross the photograph ?

I have few doubts regarding this. 1.No where mentioned in instructions that minor shouldnot affix his photograph and who has to sign across photograph
2.can I correct my acknowledgement form because I given proof of dob incorrect
That Aadhar card donot have date and month
