Prone & cons of pvt ltd company
Hi there, i have a proprtrshp, and now i am set to make it pvt ltd, but some of my friends told me its too complecated and more liablities will be levied on it, plz let me know the prose & cons of it.

Do not think too much. Few compliances were also there in old Companies Act. Hire services a good CS firm for incorporating your company.
