As per the SEBI guidliness , promoters can sale the shares in the open market upto 2% of the paid up equity share capital of the Company. Sale is subject to the average of 5 times of average trading volume of shares of listed entity.
The Listed Company has to maintain minimum 25% of the public shareholding as per SEBI norms
